Delivery and Payment

Most pieces of jewellery are handmade-to-order by our amazing team of makers. Standard UK delivery time is 3-5 business days after ordering. You will receive an email when your order is shipped.


UK Shipping: Currently, there have been no major changes to the way we dispatch or ship our orders, however, we have been notified that some Royal Mail Special Delivery orders are taking slightly longer to arrive due to Coronavirus. 

International Shipping:  There are currently significant shipping delays to a number of countries due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations.

Returns & Repairs:  please email  before sending us your return or repair.


Delivery Options

Your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail, our preferred courier company with a 3-5  working day delivery time frame from collection within mainland UK.
  • If you'd like an item to be received guaranteed by 1pm next day this service is charged at £7.50 and is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. 
  • If you'd like an item to be received guaranteed by 1pm next day on Saturdays  this service is charged at £10 and is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. 

International Delivery 

Your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail special Delivery, our preferred courier company with a 3-6 working day delivery time frame, Fully tracked from end to end and will require a signature on arrival 

  • If you require an item urgently, please ring us on +447974769045 to check that the item is in stock before placing your order. 


 Purchasing an Item

We believe that buying online should be an enjoyable experience and have endeavoured to make the process as simple as possible. 

When you have seen the item or items that you wish to purchase, add it to your shopping basket by clicking on the 'Buy Now' button, making sure that you've selected any options that might be available e.g. Chain  size or size of ring. If you have any specifications you can add a note to the order at checkout.

Shopping Cart

Once you've add an item to your bag you'll be taken to your secure Shopping Cart where you'll see the item, it's cost and the quantity you've chosen to purchase. If you want to carry on shopping you can continue to do so and by clicking on 'Continue Shopping'. On mobile the Cart Icon is a symbol at the top right hand corner of the page.

If you want to check what's in your shopping cart at any point just click on the 'Cart' button in the top navigation bar.

Secure Payment 

  • We take Card or PayPal payments to pay online in the UK which means it is a safer, faster, more secure way to pay online – your financial details are never shared.
  • We accept most credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta via the trusted on-line purchasing system on the hosting site. No Debit or credit card details are not seen or held by Ria Poynton Design. 
  • If you are shopping outside the UK, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency.

If you prefer to pay by bacs payment  please contact us at Ria Poynton Design and we can arrange the detail you need. On Receiving the transfer a receipt will be issued and the items sent out to you . This applies especially to commissioned piece especially.
